The magic of nature abounds, from the beach to the beautiful bushland,
and is ever-changing. The brilliant white waves reaching up to the
sunlight amidst a dark and cloudy sky, the reassuring promise of a
rainbow, the serenity of a deserted beach, sparkling raindrops
nourishing a leaf or glistening on a perfect cobweb nestled between the
branches, the beautiful and melodious birdlife - all of these and more
offer wonderful opportunities for those with an open heart and creative
soul.
The
photographer’s paradise of the Great Ocean Road and the lush Otway
Ranges with its myriad of greens, the many treasures of the hinterland
of the Colac Otway Shire, the old world charm of Birregurra and the
breathtaking panoramas from Red Rock at Alvie, are all a convenient day
trip, as are workshop locations at Apollo Bay (25 minutes) and Colac (60
minutes).

Accommodation
Keren’s
Place offers accommodation for up to 9 people - 7 in the
2BR Cottage,
and 2 in the Unit-for-Two.
Both are under the same roof, and ideal for a group of like-minded
people to venture out on missions of exploration and discovery and then
return home to relax and share experiences in front of a cosy wood fire,
or on the deck watching the waves, at the end of the day. Pets are very
welcome. Keren’s Place also offers disabled access and facilities.
The 2BR
Cottage has QS bed in the main BR and in the second bedroom, a double
bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top), with a foldout sofa-bed
in the lounge room. The Unit-for-Two is suitable for a couple with one
QS bed. Both are fully self-contained, each with a private deck and
outdoor setting, shared BBQ and outdoor area. All linen is provided for
you, together with coffee, sugar, tea, herbal teas, milo and a selection
of condiments.
